Harrisonburg, VA - A harrowing incident took place on Interstate 81 near Harrisonburg on Sunday at approximately 1:30 PM, when a Virginia State Trooper was attacked by a motorist in the median of the Interstate highway. Breaking Through was contacted by eyewitnesses who watched the violent assault unfold but were unable to help due to the flow of traffic. According to witnesses, the Trooper was pushed to the ground by the motorist, who then attempted to flee the scene.
